Do you want to contribute to My Visible Mend's continued growth and success by spreading more knowledge and joy about taking care of what we have and truly appreciating what we can create and fix with our own hands? Here we have tried to make it possible for you to do just that, even if you don't need more items from our store!

In the spring of 2026, we had a fundraiser to afford the deposit for new premises so we could open a physical store and community workshop after having to leave the premises we had rented for the past 3 years. We raised enough to pay the deposit and thus sign the contract for 5 years (with an option for extension) and move into the new premises! Thank you so much!

After a few tough years both personally and in the business, we are finally in 2026 with a bit of a real surplus, but are still paying down debt. It is therefore difficult to operate, and especially to scale, because we have no liquidity, and no basis for obtaining loans or similar either.

We would therefore be incredibly grateful for help and support to be able to build up the store and community workshop, and the popular movement.. in a way that is also sustainable for those of us working with it. We are also, of course, working to apply for grants and subsidies through other channels, but are completely dependent on "the people's" support, as we have been from day 1. The business is a result of everyone who wants it to exist enough to shop, donate, tell others about it, invite Kittelsen to hold workshops and lectures, or come and help physically. This makes us both strong and vulnerable. Now we are trying to make it as easy as possible to contribute without buying physical goods, since you, who have found your way here, probably try to buy as little as possible to begin with :P

That's why we have gathered a number of digital products here, in addition to other things that can give us a boost in the right direction, relieve the pressure and create room for tasks that are more rewarding to perform than they cost (such as performing creative repair assignments or selling embroideries, prototypes and similar).
