Questions regarding your order, packaging, returns, package errors, or similar issues are handled directly by the warehouse. 

The current warehouse manager speaks English, so for the quickest possible help with order-related questions, please write in English if you can. Otherwise, you will of course still get help, but it often takes a little longer for the owner, Eva Kittelsen, to process customer emails.
