With these ZlideOn sliders, you can fix a great many broken zippers. They can be attached without having to unpick or cut off different parts of the zipper, and they even work if a couple of zipper teeth have fallen off.
With many zippers, you can't put the sliders back on if they come off or break. If it's the slider that's not working, you can try to squeeze the slider you have with a pair of flat-nose pliers; sometimes that's all it takes if the zipper teeth don't close when you pull the slider over them.
If some zipper teeth have fallen off or bent so that the original slider no longer works, you can use these.
