With these water-soluble patterns, you can more easily sew cross-stitch or similar decorations and repairs that are based on a grid/aida. Cut out the desired size (or use the whole sheet as it is), stick the patch onto the garment, sew the desired motif, and then rinse off the patch with water. Only your stitches will remain!
If you are using it for repair, you should attach a patch to the outside or inside of the damaged area before sticking on and sewing with this patch. Use a piece of fabric of similar material to the garment and baste it on before sewing the pattern.
The holes here are 2.2 mm apart, which is a very standard aida size. We sell patterns with 2.5 mm spacing here.
