Print only 1 sheet at a time! If you print more than 1 piece when printing, it can go too fast and then it is more likely to jam. Set the thickness/weight on the printer if you can, and use side feed if available. And make sure to test which side the printer actually prints on a regular sheet first, so you insert the sheet the right way!
I recommend not wearing the garment, and certainly not ironing it, before it has been machine washed. It is water-soluble, but if you only remove it by rinsing, some adhesive residue may remain. Better to be on the safe side and put it in a washing machine.
