Mending Matters by @katrinaRodabaugh is a lovely, simple book, primarily focusing on denim repair. It is based on three types of stitches but shows how these can be used in different ways to repair and personalize your own clothes. With large pictures and large text, the content is easily accessible and pleasant to absorb. If you primarily want to repair trousers, and preferably with sashiko-inspired techniques, this is the book for you!
It has become almost iconic in social media, with a clear and distinct message, both visually and politically.
