Ombre embroidery floss (DMC Cotton Embroidery floss) for decorating and repairing clothes. The embroidery thread is of high quality and is colourfast and durable. For embroidery and repairing clothes with embroidery thread, I recommend cutting off the length you want and then splitting the thread so that the thickness matches what you are repairing. If you use very thick thread on a thin fabric, you risk getting holes and wear in the transition between the embroidery/repair and the rest of the garment. The embroidery thread consists of 6 threads that are twisted together into a thick thread and can thus be adapted to the thickness of the fabric you are sewing/embroidering on.
