Now you can dye your own sashiko thread!
With Olympus's new thread dyeing system, you can simply draw on the thread with their specially developed markers, giving you excellent control over the process. You don't even need to boil water or anything similar. The dyes are mixed directly into special markers with water. Easy and fun to work with!
These markers are designed to be used with the dye. They have measurements on the outside so you can mix the liquid dyes (see all so-me marche products here) with water directly in the marker to achieve your desired concentration. The pack comes with 2 markers.
To prevent colors from mixing, we recommend using one marker for each color you use, at least for similar colors, as you might not be able to get all the dye out of the marker tip between uses.
